By His Stripes prison ministries is The River Christian Fellowship' evangelical outreach, which enters our local jails with the Good News of Jesus Christ. Our mission and heart's desire is to show these men and women that through God's redemptive love, grace and mercy, they can be free of bondages that destroy their lives, and when the Son sets you free, you're free indeed (John 8:36).
Working together with other ministries such as an aftercare mentoring program, and with resources such as food, clothing and housing, these men and women now have an awesome opportuniy to come back into society with the tools to make it.
