About RCF Children's Ministry
Our objective for The River Christian Fellowship's children's ministry is to train our children in the way they should go (Proverbs 22:6) and with an emphasis on producing "fishers of men" (Matthew 4:19).
The children's ministry is committed to evangelizing children from birth through high school. This is done mainly through sound Biblical teaching and example (James 1:22). Building on this foundation, the children's ministry also offers a wide variety of special events throughout the year. Some of these events include Vacation Bible School for children beginning in pre-school through 6th grade and summer camps and outreaches for the older children in junior high and high school.
It is our hearts' intent that through the children's ministries volunteers and the assortment of programs, these children will grow into a personal relationship with their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
