The Word of God teaches us that we need to teach and admonish one another. Colossians 3:16 - "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord." We also read that the Lord desires us to be together exhorting one another. Hebrews 10:25 - "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching."

As we read and study the Word of God, we realize that God wants us not only to read and study the Word but also to love and pray for one another, bearing each others' burdens. Galatians 6:2 - "Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."

Realizing and understanding the Word of God, we started getting together on Saturday morning where we would study the Word of God, pray for our leadership, one another, the needs of the church and others in the congregation.

Seeking the Lord in the early morning, through prayer, studying the Word and being together in smaller settings, we are able to know each other, and in turn truly carry each others' burdens. We are also able to love, strengthen each other and in strength pray for the will and guidance of the Lord in our lives. It is our desire, as Christian men, to glorify God in all that we do, standing as men of God, together in His strength, through prayer and reading of the Word. Ephesians 6:18 - "Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints."
